With the help of these new technologies, people may monitor and enhance their physical well-being at their own speed (Ohuruogu, 2016).

To encourage kids and teens to lead healthy lives, schools are crucial. Active playtime, sports teams and physical education classes help kids form good habits at a young age. Instilling in children an early appreciation for the value of exercise and its positive effects on health lays the groundwork for a lifetime of responsible lifestyle choices (Stuart, 2016).

Physical activity is one of the most powerful tools for promoting health and wellbeing. Major benefits for health and wellbeing include reducing people’s risk of conditions such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes and improving mental health, wellbeing, and quality of life. Physical activity is also good for our communities, offering social and economic benefits such as increased social connection, greater productivity, and reduced social isolation. According to the WHO, physical inactivity is responsible for 6% of deaths globally. While promoting a health program, employers can introduce flexibility in work hours, build a work culture of being active, and share information to develop the physical health of their employees. what are the other activities we can introduce?
